We offer comprehensively refurbished steppers for sale, customized to your requirements, guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications.  We can also refurbish your current stepper to your specifications or use it as a trade in towards the purchase of a complete system.

Our refurbishments are not merely powering up the stepper, making sure it runs, and shipping it out.  We take great pride in our total system remanufacturing from the ground up.  No aspect of the tool is left untouched, everything is either cleaned, inspected, modified, upgraded, replaced or a combination of the above.  Parts that are prone to failure due to age are replaced regardless of whether or not they are in working condition upon inspection of the tool.  Any custom made parts or modifications are installed.  Then the stepper is reassembled, mechanically checked out and setup, electrically setup, and then electro-mechanically integrated.  All applicable photo-testing is performed in-house to make sure the tool can meet specifications before shipment to your facility.  At your option a representative from your company can be present to verify the proper operation of the stepper before shipment to your facility.

The stepper will then be shipped to your facility via a dedicated, climate-controlled, air-ride truck for installation.  The stepper will be installed and dialed in at your facility by a 3c engineer.  After the stepper is setup, all relevant photo-tests will be performed again with a representative from your company present so they can verify the proper operation of the tool and familiarize themselves with proper operating procedures for the tool.

All refurbished steppers include a 6 month warranty including parts and labor.  After the warranty period expires a yearly Technical Support Plan will be offered to provide continued, professional support.  Please see our Support Plan page for more information.
