3c Technical was started by Matt Pace and is based in Gilbert, Arizona.  We specialize in the service, enhancement, customization, and reconditioning of GCA Wafer Steppers.  As the founder of 3c, I have over 20 years of extensive experience with these tools, thus having the know-how you need to refurbish or modify a stepper to your requirements, and to keep your stepper running at peak performance while minimizing downtime.

Our main approach to everything we do is total quality.  We believe if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right the first time.  To this end, 3c employs all methods and resources available to make sure the job gets done the right way in the right timeframe.
