PLAN OF SUPPORT (TPS)
Our preferred approach to keep your GCA Stepper running smoothly
is through a yearly service agreement known as a Technical Plan of Support (TPS). The principal goal with
any TPS is to maximize uptime and to minimize unscheduled service visits and unforeseen problems.
These plans are customized to your needs and concerns, specifically,
as we believe every company has different expectations of what their stepper must do for them.
We offer a full range
of plans from a yearly unlimited phone support plan to a full blown TPS including an annual system tune-up, extra visits,
unlimited phone support, and overnight parts availability.
As a TPS customer you’ll receive other benefits not enjoyed
by non-contract customers:
• Priority in scheduling.
• First availability on
upgrades and future enhancements at a discount.
• Rate discount on the TPS
itself.
• Hourly rate discount on any additional services.
• Discount
on parts and materials.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
While
we recommend a complete TPS for comprehensive stepper support, we also offer services on an as needed basis as follows:
